With an impressive track record in real estate acquisitions, Chris’s passion for real estate ignited early, and at the young age of 18, he made his first property purchase. Since then, he has executed transactions tallying over $50 Million across diverse real estate forms, including single-family rentals, multi-family properties, luxury furnished rentals, and self-storage facilities. In 2008, he added a residential mortgage originator license to his repertoire, a credential he retained for seven years while launching a mortgage brokerage business that continues to thrive a decade later.
Chris’s journey with investors began in 2009 when he ventured into hard money loans working with individual investors making loans at the courthouse steps at the foreclosure auction. His business flourished, leading to the creation of a lending fund. He has directed the origination and servicing of over $150MM in origination, and servicing of real estate investment loans. Recognizing the value of his cash-flowing properties, Chris extended this opportunity to his investor clientele, channeling over $20MM of investor capital into equity partnerships in real estate. Presently he skillfully manages a real estate portfolio exceeding $50MM in assets.
